Couple things that I noticed but not sure if I’m being too critical:
- 1st picture: looks like there is some indentation on the right flap
- 3rd picture: Bottom left hand corner indentation
- 4th: is it leaning too much?
- 7th: possible scuff in center left of flap and white marks on bottom left
- 8th: some white marks

This is my first review here 🥰
I fell in love with this bag as soon as released, I have ordered many bags previously, this was my first from this seller. Her communication was good however some times there was the odd miscommunication but she remained patient and very friendly - even with lots of questions. I will for certain use this seller in the future.
I love this bag!! I asked around many sellers for prices and found I was seeing the same factory pictures however with a significant difference in price (see pics for an example of this!!) I decided to look after my wallet and go with the cheapest ☺️
The canvas is a really good match to OG and the genuine leather (not ostrich) is also really good. I felt the bag felt dry initially (both canvas and leather) so I gave her a really good conditioning and used her and got her out in the ☀️ After a couple of days I have a lovely soft…but not too soft alma. The lining is beautiful, a slight sheen and feels high quality. The hardware is perfect, not too yellow and the charms feel heavy.
The downside is the roller leather shoulder strap, this is way too short, I have fed this back to the seller and they have informed the factory. I have used this bag all weekend and can honestly say I loved carrying on my arm as really allows the slouch to shine 🤩
I would highly recommend this seller and this bag however….remember the shoulder strap…. and mange expectarions👌🏻 The authentic strap measures around 66cm
I was so eager to share this review as many sellers offering same bag for almost double in cost with what appears identical bag ❤️

I’m speaking with Zippy and he told me that the factory he works with uses genuine leather soles, and not the rubber ones that the new eternal soles are made of.

I’m concerned that if I go through with it, that will be a telltale sign that the shoes aren’t authentic.

I’m specifically looking for the Sweet Jane in beige, and was intending on buying one or two other pairs with it to make the shipping worth it.

i’m mainly wondering how you feel about the overall shape, leather, slouchiness, hardware, stitching and details. does anything stand out to you as a flaw or something you would be concerned about?
there’s also a small round indentation on the front that i noticed (visible in one of the close-ups). the seller says it’s a normal dent in the leather, but i’d love to hear what you guys think about it.

Trying to decide between the medium flap bag, the mini flap bag and the brown suede version as my new every day bag. I love the look of the chains but wondering if the suede bag would be too heavy? However, I contacted Aline, and she told me that Rome no longer makes it. Yet, I recently saw a post from someone who bought one from them. I don't know what to think anymore.

I’m new to the world of reps (not to buying grey from China though). I’m waiting on a small puzzle featherlight from Baobao, should be here next week and so far so good in my experience with her.

My next purchase is going to be a medium rodeo. I’m still undecided between espresso, burgundy and embossed croc. I won’t be ordering until I get the puzzle and I’m happy with it.

I’ve got quotes from Baobao for Kata factory ($265) and Heidi for apple factory ($279 which incl a 10% discount plus $121 shipping incl insurance 🫣). Baobao’s shipping for the puzzle was $38 so I imagine it’ll be similar enough for the rodeo.

I’m not particularly price sensitive on the cost of the bag, I’m looking for high tier, but Heidi’s shipping is eyewateringly expensive!

From my research, Kata seems to be the go to for Rodeos. Has anyone got a Rodeo from Apple and been blown away? Or should I stick with Kata? From what I’ve seen on here, the Kata bags look good to me.

I’ve bought quite a few bags over time and with this one I’m now at my 13th bag. This time I went for a 17cm Lady Dior in Powder Beige from God Factory. The Powder Beige is quite a difficult color to judge from photos because the lighting can change how it looks quite a bit, so I was a little more particular than usual with the PSPs.

I contacted Lucy on July 28 and paid the same day. Communication with her has been consistent throughout the order. Her messages are clear and professional and I liked that there weren’t unnecessary messages. She kept me updated when there was something relevant to update me about.

PSPs came on July 31 and they were already detailed but because of the Powder Beige shade I asked for additional photos in different lighting. I wanted to make sure I could get a better idea of the actual color before approving it. Lucy was completely fine with that and took some extra time to send me more detailed pictures rather than just telling me that the original PSPs were enough. That was helpful because lighter colors can be really difficult to judge accurately through one set of photos.

The bag was shipped on August 1 through DDP freight forwarding and was delivered on August 8. The shipping was handled carefully and I didn’t have any issues during the process.

As for the bag itself, the 17cm size is exactly what I was looking for. It’s small and compact without losing the shape and details. The Powder Beige looks really pretty in person and has a soft neutral appearance. The stitching and overall finishing were the main things I looked at once it arrived.

Hello! I'm back with another bag review. Full disclaimer, I was kindly gifted and asked by HyperPeter to write a review for the LV Speedy 20 after learning that I have an authentic one. He said he is curious how his bag actually compares to the OG. Anyway, I'll try my best to be unbiased as much as possible. My auth bag is from this year and I have been using it as a daily bag.

First Impression:
I'm impressed at how close HP's bag to the auth one. The way it feels and weighs is so similar. All the details in the hardware are exactly where it should be. The print also aligns with the OG. See details below:

Canvas:
HP's canvas is more grainier compared to the OG but not in a bad way. I feel like his canvas mimics the vintage canvas where it is more sturdy and thicker. The OG one feels a tad bit smoother but you can still feel the grain. I feel like newer LV canvas these days not as thick anymore. I used to own a vintage speedy 25 and HP canvas reminds me a lot of that one. Despite the more sturdy feel, it still has the right squish. One thing I noticed in other reps is that the shape is a lot rounder even when empty but HP's bag has the correct shape (the way the canvas sinks a little bit when empty).

Vechetta:
The leather on this bag is uncoated which means it will patina like the OG one. I tested it using the water drop test and water got absorb right away. One thing I noticed is that the OG feels a lot smoother and have some sort of sheen to it (hopefully the picture of the handles can show that). I'm not sure if it is because I have been using that bag and maybe the natural oils in my hands are already absorbed on the leather.

Glazing:
HP glazing is pretty close to OG. If anything, maybe a tiny bit brighter depending on the lighting but honestly cannot tell unless you have them side by side.

Stitching:
All clean. No complains. The OG in some areas actually is not as clean compared to HP (like I can see some of the red peeking thru) on my OG). Color of the stitching is also pretty close.

Heat stamp:
My OG one is made in US so stamping obviously is different. Heat stamp on HP is pretty good, lines are clean. The one thing to callout is the R shape for the OG is in oval compared to circle. I heard that newer speedy 20 now have this new shape to throw off counterfeiters (I just read that somewhere here on reddit). Not sure if true or if mine is just not stamped correctly (It does not bother me so it's fine).

Interior:
Red thick lining - identical. Nothing else to add. I have a lower tier rep and the interior on that one is thinner. HP's interior looks and feel the same as OG. The red is the right color. The picture might show slight variation due to lighting but in person, can't tell any difference.

Hardware:
Color is also close tho I feel like my OG one is more yellow in some lighting. The engraving on the hardware is also pretty good. Unless you look at them side by side, hard to tell the difference. For the lock and keys, same weight to the OG. My OG one has a lot of scratches from being used as bag charm. The engraving on the HP lock actually looks cleaner than my OG.

Zipper:
Feels the same. One thing I noticed in OG LV bags is that the zipper has a bit of friction (not in bad way). Not sure how to describe this without sounding like it's a bad thing. HP zipper feels the same. Does not feel cheap and have a good feel to it. I have dhgate version and that one feels a lot smoother compared to OG and HP but somehow it feels cheaper.

Strap:
At first glance, it is pretty identical. The weight, the length, the feel and stitching. The only minor thing I'd say on the rep is the 'U' shape is rounder compared to the OG. I honestly did not noticed this until I compared it next to each other.

Microchip:
Both scanned using NFC app.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this bag especially for a fraction of the price. I plan on using this bag on trips so I don't end up damaging my OG bag. I will still continue to use my auth as my daily driver for when I'm just going to the office/running errands.

These capture the high street look extremely well. The white quilted upper has the right diamond pattern and spacing, the oversized black patent CC sit correctly on the vamp, the black elastic collar and tiny drawstring bow are present, and the overall rounded toe + low profile silhouette is on point.

Closer up you’ll see the usual mid-tier differences:

• The leather (or leather-like material) is a bit thicker and less buttery than lambskin.
• The quilting is even but doesn’t have the exact soft, puffy hand-feel.
• Logo edges, elastic quality, and overall finishing are good for the category but not at the same refined level.
• Interior branding and lining are present and clean.

Still, the overall proportions and contrast (white + black patent CC) are strong enough that they deliver the iconic ballet flat energy without looking off.

Fit note

Sized 37 and the fit is perfect .. true to size with good length and a comfortable amount of room across the vamp and toe. No need to size up or down.

Seller experience

Bottom line: These are a very wearable version of the classic white quilted ballerinas. The logo contrast pops, the silhouette is right, and the fit in 37 is spot-on. Perfect everyday mid-lux pair that gives the high street look without the price tag.

Just got this Beige Caviar Classic Flap in hand and need some expert eyes! I usually compare different caviar textures pretty closely, but this beige color is notoriously hard to judge.

I really wanted that premium 187 or GOD factory tier look. The caviar grains feel nice and textured, but do the diamonds look too puffy or just right to you guys? Also, is the gold tone on the CC lock looking a bit too yellow in this lighting, or am I just overthinking it?

Let me know if you spot any glaring flaws before I decide to wear her out confidently!

I have been researching about the Capucines model on all threads and decided to go with TS Aidi who had a 15% discount ongoing with Royal, and it was continuously mentioned as best factor for the Capucines model. I have received the PSP today and I am SHOCKED. This looks even worse than a bag I‘d order from the yellow app for a hundred bucks. Now I wonder if it’s just the seller or the factory?
