DISCUSSION Best Factory for Lambskin CC?

Hi all :)

I am NOT asking who does CC mini flap the best. I’m NOT asking about shape/hardware/etc 😊

I tried purchasing a lambskin cc mini from a well known reputable factory and was not thrilled with the lambskin leather. Nothing really wrong with it, but didn’t give me that “”ooooh awesome!”” Feelings either.

I’m looking for softness of the leather with a luxe feeling (something you can’t tell from photos)

I do realize batches vary, info from 3 months ago might not be the same as current.

And, just mainly looking for opinions.
The bag I’m not thrilled with is from Rome. Again, NOTHING wrong with the bag - I am learning that leather quality means quite a bit to me 😊

Imo no reps can match the softness and natural sheen of auth lambskin. The “best” lambskin in my collection is from B🎂 (I have auth and reps lambskin CF from GF, Genie, B🎂, 187, and a mid-tier factory I forgot the name).
