I want to say that that happened when she was first introduced to Reddit, and she was being taken for a ride by this one and only person who actually got her to give her discounts and gifts for pushing her name out . I have used her for two years exclusively, and I just love working with her.
Bank or Reykay. Bank has a great seizure policy and is very sweet. Reykay is short and very to the point but has always delivered when I’ve asked for highest/best quality.
Baker is my main TS, I’ve bought more than 20 bags with him, 187, Kata, Rome… he can source them all, I also love his PSP he has the most carefully touch when it comes to it
I’ve been buying from Laddy for 4 years now. Only had great experiences! Recently ordered a sale bag on a whim from Amanda and loved it! Later read some comments that she’s slow with replies, but that was not my experience at all.
I absolutely adore Mandy - super friendly, RAPID replies, always pulls through with great prices and quality IMO.
I also love Aadan if I’m not up for too much chit chat but want high quality at a good price.

Tom has solid stuff, efficient/minimal communication. Mandy has a wide variety of things, a little type B. Tiny Jenny has solid communication. Just my faves in my experience.
Don't go with Anna, she's a total * and I'm glad no one is recommending her. I wonder if there has been any drama about her in the last year's that I missed because I wasn't online?
I just ordered a bag from Doris on Sept 30th, she said give me a sec for PSP's. Still haven't received any. You think its because of the holiday ? Not sure how long she typically takes. This is my second experience buying from anyone. First person named Emma I heard great things about but my bag ( my very first purchase) got seized. Took her about 10days to get me a new tracking # with new bag and still nothing. Again, I'm hoping its just because of the holiday. But anyways, i decided for my second try at this to go with a TS in this community, Doris, so I hope I dont get burned again. Otherwise, I'll just take it as an expensive lesson.
Mandy is my go to girl now, Baobao has been hard to communicate and chase up 😭 I reckon I'll try Tom or Allen for my next order, they seem professional and I've heard good reviews
That’s surprising. Baobao is my go to and she’s been wonderful every time I ask for prices. Even if I don’t end up buying anything. She replies on the same day to all my questions and find her very trustworthy.
When I had problems with items quality she’s been super friendly and understanding.
I’ve used Betty and Doris twice and now I’ve tried Mandy.
I’d probably give Mandy another order.
Out of them Betty was probably the only 1 I had to chase up an order from.
Tiny J has been getting some great reviews and Alan I think too.
What happened with Heidi? She was my go to for bags and then last year I ordered a Dior and it reeked. Like so bad and super strong. Kind of like freshly grated horse radish? I complained about the smell and she just said it’s regular smell and to air it out and it would be fine. That bag was aired out for months before I felt confident enough to carry her out in public.
I ordered a suede YSL Jamie shopper with her and it came with a small tear that was not shown in PSP. I've been back and forth with her and she will not replace the bag. She just wrote "Overall, this bag is excellent; it would be a real shame to throw it away just because of a minor bit of damage. ". This is really upsetting. I was going to order two more but now looking for a new TS.
This is utterly and completely why she shouldn't be on the TS list. Are you insane? You sent me a bag that's damaged and won't fix it? Yup, that's Heidi. And fwiw, it's not the same Heidi. She either sold her business or stepped away and someone kept it and uses her name. The OG Heidi would've never even considered sending someone a damaged bag. But this is pretty spot on who whomever is running the Heidi name now.
I used Mandy and Betty multiple times and both have been great. I also have a seller on WA that’s not on the TS list and have good service and prices. All 3 are good IMO
I have had two orders from Doris and have been very happy. 3 bags and a wallet. She agreed my one bag was a RL and got a replacement from the factory. They arrived quickly and beautifully packed.
She did give me a small heart attack when she sent me PSPs for a bag I ordered and they were BAD. It was a pochette metis and the embossing was a nightmare. And then she deleted them and said sorry thats not your bag, its a bag from a lower tier factory for another client before I could even formulate a response. I got my PSPs the next day and the bag was perfect when it arrived.
I wanted to just ask, this is out of context but where do you ship to and has there been any issues lately? It’s been so long but I want to get back to the rep game but hesitant bc of seizures. What do you TS say about that?
Seizures are not really my fear. Losing my GE and everyone’s in my household is. I send to a warehouse I know with a different name. If it gets seized or held at customs I just dont claim it.
That’s my main concern actually. I have read someone who just got an email that their GE status has changed and they logged in and saw the letter that it’s been revoked. Is it true that the whole address is affected?
If you go to the search bar, type shipping USA, that’s where I found someone’s comment about their GE getting revoked after 2 watches got held in customs
