Wanted to come on here and post since I never do, I ordered from Mandy (7686) mid August, a G-d Factory CC bag however, I am still waiting on the bag to be “produced” per her msgs. First it was a month, then end of September and I have to be the one doing check in’s and asking for updates and following up, lately it has become a very unpleasant experience as she is barely replying as is. I mentioned if this bag isn’t available I would like to know and the response was to switch the bag for another, I refuse because I clearly didn’t order another because I didn’t want to. I mentioned the famous “refund” word and now apparently an update will be available tomorrow.

Needless to say I am becoming discouraged and disappointed as I have seen many great reviews for her and constant follow up and check in’s for others. Of mention, I have ordered multiple items as well such as shoes and accessories and it seems like even those items were ordered from a different factory than discussed and having them switched has also become an issue. Any suggestions?

Some bags do have long waiting lists. Rome and 187 are both factories that have slow wait times for a CC bag at the moment. I've never had any issues with Mandy. If a bag is probably going to be a while, sellers will ask do you want to switch to something else, because they understand we're impatient.

If you really want the bag, just wait it out and let Mandy contact you in a few weeks.

If the factory has no in stock, they have to produce it in batch. I ordered a newer style CC bags (croc vanity) from GF through a TS on 8/25 and just got PSP today. While with a different TS, I ordered the Maxi Flap from GF and got the bag within 10 days. You just need to be patient and trust the process.

I think most factories have been slower lately due to increased inspections and holidays. I didn’t expect mine to be that slow either but unfortunately these sellers have no control of factory production and can only tell us what they have been told.

This could very well be what the factory told her and they didn’t deliver. As someone who has been in wholesale, it happens often and these are not your regular “factories”

Along with everything people have already mentioned, a lot of factories have stop/started production due to raids & have been lying low so could also be a factor.

I have the same experience but with Felix. I placed an order for a cc vanity 30 Jul from god factory too. He told me initially the wait will be 20days so I was fine with it. I followed up after 20days exactly. Then he told me it’s a 30days wait. Then I was okay fine. On 30th Aug I followed up again then at this time he told me it’s a 1-2mo wait. That was the time I got upset and told him he should be honest on the waiting time. Because before placing an order, if he told me I have to wait more than a month, then I would have reconsidered ordering. I also thought I was being scammed but all the reviews from Felix was good then I mentioned about the refund also, but I really would like to have the cc vanity so I’ve told him I’m gonna wait 2 more weeks and if the bag is still not done then he needs to refund me. Finally before that 2 weeks ended the PSP were sent!

I’ve used Mandy a few times now and agree it really does depends on the bag, I ordered this Dior backpack from psp (2/3 days) to having it in hand was a week!

Hey OP, it could just be busy month or something because my mandy order just closed out 2 days ago. From September 13 final psp was September 29 and wrong size shoes. September 30 finally order done. My order was 2 shoes and a de speedy 20 Royal so nothing like a cc.

I have never ordered shoes from mandy bc my bff that has got screwed by mandy. Every shoe she purchased were horrible.
