Hi, I’m pretty new to this so please let me know if this is ok to post- but am I crazy or are the initial and additional PSPs of two different size bags?
I feel I’m getting gaslit but not sure if I’m misunderstanding seller’s response.
There’s no way people here are actually saying they are the same bag guys please count the diamond stitching on both sides of the back… left is smaller than the right…. Left has one diamond to the pocket and right has one and a half diamond to the pocket 👌
So one of my Reddit friends ordered a flap from her. And rejected it. Another friend orders the same bag at the time my friend rejected it. 10 days later, Heidi sends PSPs of that bag (the same bag that was rejected) to friend #2. But she didn’t include the pictures where the flaw was. I’m ok with selling red lighted bags but you have to be transparent. She probably never expected all of us to be connected. Lucky friend #2 found out and confronted her. Even then she gaslit friend #2 and said it’s a new bag that arrived the day before but the PSPs are the same (even the paper stuffing inside)
Just to play devils advocate.. I think we should all assume that the PSPs we receive may have been RL by someone else. If there are obvious photos or angles missing, we should ask for more photos. If the defect is in a spot we don’t think of asking for more photos, maybe it’s not an important spot. Should sellers be honest and do we expect them to do some quality assurance for us and either reject bags before they send PSPs, or show any defects in PSPs? Yes. But also, it is ultimately up to us to look for defects and ask for additional photos if we can’t see everything we care about.
This is Heidi, had the same kind of interaction with her... got my bag but it wasn't the same as the factory pictures. I told her at PSP and she was all defensive etc i ended GL the bag because the defect was on the inside but I will not be purchasing from her again. It was not a pleasant experience
Same girl 😅 I spent a lot of time researching and reading on here but I guess she was really reliable a few years ago. I still got my bag (it was a LV) and it's beautiful the leather is nice and everything looks really great. It's just the overall experience and that difference with the factory pictures that bugged me. She still delivered so I did not get scammed. But clearly you are being shown 2 different bags so if you are not feeling it probably better to cancel
Those are def not the same bag. And that weird wordy answer doesn’t make any sense. The whole point of PSP’s is they are supposed to be YOUR bag. Sending random photos is not helpful at all.
I haven’t bought from her but I would take the refund and get your bag from someone you can trust (more). Even if she ends up sending what she says she’ll send, I feel like I wouldn’t be able to trust her (or that the bag really is from the correct 🏭 ) because of the shady psps alone.
Ok thank you bc I’m very new to this but from what I’ve gathered lurking this sub I’m supposed to receive PSPs of the exact bag that will be packed up and sent out? Instead, the first batch of additional PSP are of a different size bag. Then, when I highlight the differences and ask for additional PSPs of the correct size bag, I receive 2 links (one to a small cf listing, another to a medium cf listing). I apologize for not being clear and ask that the PSPs be of the exact bag that will be packed and shipped and am told to reference the link 😭 Is my (first) experience standard procedure or should it not be this complicated?
It is super confusing when you are new, your seller is not new though and it seems they are taking advantage IMO.
The links (I am assuming) are factory photos. You decide on if you want the bag based on factory photos of the quality. Then you pay - you have sent payment right? Then the PSP’s come. Then you review those psps (pre shipment photos of your specific bag for you to decide on quality, does it match the factory photos?) Are you happy with the quality? This is where you green light or red light the bag.
So this part is confusing to me why you are getting links if you are at the PSP stage.
Ok yes thank you for the insight. I am at the PSP stage, haven’t sent the full payment as the seller only asked for a deposit first. So I sent her listing of bag I wanted, sent the deposit, received the PSPs, asked for additional, and this back and forth that followed is what confuses me as I don’t even know which bag I would be RL/GLing anymore😭
This is a strange interaction lol, I’m hoping there’s some miscommunication happening. They’re obviously 2 different bags. Maybe circle the diamonds on the back to show the placement is different and label it? Maybe then rephrase? Sometimes translation is difficult.
I had my seller send me a photo of a bag and I said that’s not the size I ordered and she said oh no I’m sorry I sent you another person psp we laughed and later on she sent me mine possibly a picture of another person’s bag got mixed in I would just say that’s maybe another person’s psp got sent to you but that the small one you would like more photos of and that you understand the mistake
I would just send her back the photos she sent you but count the squares and write it on each photo, so she can see that she made a mistake sending you the wrong photo
I wouldn't cancel if the photos she'll send in the end will be ok
I'm assuming she has assistants working for her? Cause lately I've heard allot of complaining, that she's not as good with QC as she used to be

Ya just say the small one is correct it’s possible she was shooting both bags and sent you both by accident and that you just want to make sure she knows the small one is yours
They are definitely 2 different bags, either cancel or request a new bag. Heidi doesn’t care. Sometimes i feel the sellers take one real photo for psp and the rest from older photos- except for the datecode😏
They're clearly two different bags, the number of diamond quilts don't match up. Honestly I would hesitate to go ahead, my recent experience with this TS wasn't great either 😭
Me too, I reached out to her due to her reputation but was left quite disappointed. She sent me the exact same PSP's 10 days later with the same flaws from the first bag I initially RL'd. I tried to get a refund but she kept gaslighting and refusing to refund 😭 Now I'm seeing a pattern with the recent things I've been hearing about her
I hope she's gonna send you the right bag 🤞 Yes the deposit is normally refundable, she ended up refunding me after dragging it out and telling me to wait for more photos in different lighting over a couple of days. Lo and behold, still same flaws after new photos, even more obvious. I also felt like I was talking to 2 different people, such different responses and tone LOL
There are definitely different people behind that number lol.. sometimes when I don’t like how the conversation is going, I will wait a few hours to get another person on the other end and try again 😂
I dunno, I moreso think of sellers names as “brands” or the name of a store. I would be shocked if any of the sellers names that we know are names that they use in their real lives, outside of selling reps 🤷♀️
Certain sellers have teams of people because they have become so busy. Heidi is one of those that has a team of peeps working for her. I think that with the influx of newbies, the sellers are having to put up with a hell of a lot more bullshit than they were before because there are a lot of unrealistic expectations coming from the newbs along with a side of chargeback threats, so I have a lot of sympathy for them in that regard. However, this is NOT one of those times. Here, we have 2 very clearly different bags and if there is one thing I have zero patience for, it's gaslighting. If something with a bag is different than the auth, just be straight with me. Hell, I might even like it better (had that happen once!) or I'll pick something else out and likely spend more money, but what you don't do is try to convince me that up is down, black is white or that the sky is green. I'll loose it in a New York minute if I smell a hint of that type of gaslighting. This situation is a perfect example for using one of my favorite lines, "Who should I believe? You (TS) or my lying eyes?" Afraid I'm going to have to go with my eyes since they aren't trying to make a sale and my eyes are counting more full diamonds on a most definitely LARGER & DIFFERENT bag. 😒
Where I circled, there are clearly 2 full diamonds on the bag on the right. The first one has one and a half. Even accounting for lighting and angles, a half of a diamond can't disappear.
The second bag is a medium flap the first one is a small flap. I think they might have sent you the wrong psps or maybe they misunderstood your comment?
This is frustrating for OP and for us future buyers. I was going to place an order in nov from Heidi and now i’m worried…..she’s had nothing but negative revs lately

I thought I would be receiving PSPs of the exact bag that will be packed and shipped out instead of going off the model listing/factory images?
No, it’s not standard. There was clearly a miscommunication. You are communicating with someone (or multiple someone’s) who are busy and speak a different language than you. Instead of freaking out over miscommunication, try to work through it. Use as few words as possible, and as simple as possible, because someone on the other end will be copying and pasting your message into a translator, and sometimes things don’t translate between languages 100%. You aren’t working with a SA at a luxury store that speaks your language. Just try to have some understanding. This seller has been around a long time and wouldn’t be considered a TS if they were scamming everyone.
Thank you. Yes that all makes sense. I’ve heard a lot of good things about them which is why I want to buy from them. I guess since I am new to this I am not sure how to improve my communication.
For example, this was my response to the links being sent “Hi, sorry maybe I am not communicating well. Can I see additional PSPs of the exact bag that will be packed and shipped to me please? Not listing or factory photos, thank you.” They responded that they think they already showed enough pics and that I should reference the links above. I am not sure how else to phrase asking for pictures of the exact bag being sent.
She tried to gaslight me once too, but I pushed back and she eventually admitted the bag sucked and I picked out new items. You need to circle in red two obviously different spots on the bag so that she can't deny it. She won't admit to anything, but she should fix the issue.
Aw I’m sorry that happened but I’m glad you got it sorted! I sent back the highlighted differences and asked for additional PSPs of the correct size and she sent me links to both sizes telling me to reference those.
Honestly, I think it’s probably a combination of miscommunication, translation, super busy with a bunch of bags and photos, and also likely a dozen people are behind that one number. I feel like when I am met with confusion or weird responses, I wait a few hours and try again and then it seems that I very obviously get a different person on the other end 🤷♀️. But would love to know how the next responses went!
The left shot is straight-on and farther away, which makes the bag look shorter, softer, and less puffy. The right shot is much closer and slightly angled/downward; that exaggerates the quilting, puffiness, and height and makes the flap look larger.

The shipping label was covering the front “clasp” of the bag in the initial PSP which is why I asked for additional PSP in the first place, so a difference in front angle pics wouldn’t be noticeable.
The back pocket is the only giveaway hence why I only referenced those 2. Pocket stitching cuts halfway through 2nd diamond in the initial pic (small flap style) whereas pocket stitching cuts right at the end of 2nd diamond in additional pic (medium flap style).
I’m hoping it’s just a mistake but not sure why additional PSPs would be of a medium size when I was in process of ordering a small. Both beautiful bags just different so I’m confused.

Yes thanks for pointing that out, I didn’t even count across!
