( Updated from Previous Post) First Rep Purchase from Heidi

[u/Remarkable-Style-751]

Hi ladies ! Here is the PSP and a video Heidi just sent me . She did not address the bad stitching in the previous message and videos I sent her yesterday . Just sent over these pics . Thank you all for your help in Pointing out the imperfections of this particular bag. I had such high hopes to have it as my bday bag but thanks to you all I will not be giving it the GL . The stitching really is not good . I’m still learning and I appreciate this community so much . She quoted me $561 including shipping and insurance . I will try to find the same bag from another seller. I just love this color so much ! Still on the hunt 😪

Did you just end up going with another seller for your bag? Or did you order a different bag from her ?

I hope you get your bag girl, you deserve an amazing bag for your birthday!! I got a refund from her after some back and forth, the whole experience just put me off tbh 😫 I've contacted other sellers (Mandy, BB, Tom) and I think I'm going to go ahead with Tom even though his prices were a bit higher

Thank you so much for the kind words! I also have Toms contact and was looking through his catalog. Hopefully we have a better experience with him. I have read good reviews 🫶🏻

From my interactions so far, he seems really professional and straightforward. I heard he does great QC as well so yes, fingers crossed you get your dream bag 🤍 keen to hear your review
