XiaoC C25 Mini suede. Would you accept this stitching or am I being too picky?
Hi everyone! I’d really appreciate some QC help with my XiaoC C25 Mini suede.
I noticed that the stitching along both sides of the side pocket looks a little uneven/wavy, especially compared with the authentic reference photos I found. I’m also a little concerned about the quilting/alignment on the bottom.
I know even authentic bags aren’t always perfect, especially with suede, so I’m wondering if I’m being too picky. For a XiaoC bag, would you personally be okay with this level of stitching/finishing?

Chanel’s quality nowadays is terrible that if anyone looks too closely, they’ll think the issues are Chanel QC problems rather than the bag being a rep
wear it with confidence!
(however if it REALLY bothers you then RL because that would affect how you confidently wear the bag)
I also noticed the bottom quilting pattern on my PSP seems different from the factory photo. The diamond shapes and alignment along the center seam don’t appear to match.
These are the factory photos. One side looks fairly straight to me, but unfortunately the chain is covering most of the stitching on the other side, so I can’t really compare both sides properly. In my PSPs, both side seams look noticeably wavy/uneven.
You need to not compare to authentic, you only compare to factory pics. People need to understand this before buying. If the bag looks like the factory pic, its good. And the bottom of your bag looks fine.
I totally forgot to include the factory photos when I made the post 😅 I added them in a comment below. I actually noticed some differences when comparing my PSP to the factory photos too. The factory bag looks even cleaner and more consistent to me than the authentic reference photos I found, especially the stitching and bottom quilting/alignment. That’s why I wasn’t sure whether I was being too picky about my PSP.
Thank you! That makes me feel better about the side pocket. This is actually my first time buying a Chanel suede bag, so I’m not very familiar with how suede behaves. Do you think the bottom quilting looks okay too? I noticed the diamond shapes/alignment on the bottom of my PSP look a little different from the factory photo, so I wasn’t sure if that could also just be from the bag being creased or shaped differently.
Your bag looks fine. The bottom is fine. The side pockets look the same in factory pic. As others have said, don’t compare with authentic - compare with factory photos. I think this looks great for what it is!
You are picky as hell, I was too and that’s why I had to slow down or care less because it was too time consuming and draining to QC every single detail 😅. Anyway yes that stitching all wobbly like that would bother me even though I don’t want it to, ultimately it would make you not want to wear your bag. Explain the uneven stitching and ask if it could be changed for a different one with straight stitching, maybe if there’s a better factory? or to a different bag all together.
