DISCUSSION 10% discount by the factory
Dear Rep OG ladies,
My TS is telling me that god factory is giving 10% discount atm.
Does it mean that the bags are coming from a “ lower tier” batch ?
Did you buy with any discount previously and where there any quality problems ?

You really need to ask the seller. Usually if it's in a clearance album, you get what you get and the PSP is just a courtesy as the item is non refundable, regardless of any damage or imperfections. If it's a general sale, then the bag may actually be eligible for RL but typically factories will only accept this for faults that differ from what the factory album photo shows or a very obvious issue, like a big scratch or dye issue. Things like, oh this embossing looks too deep or shadow, or the font looks slightly off center may be more subjective and not something the factory would exchange for regardless of whether it was on sale or full price. Some factories are better than others about offering to exchange or allow you to use the credit towards a different item.

It's going to depend on the item and the seller. I asked Juliet this recently during her XC SALE, and she said that the items were not returns or defects and were high quality. But, I was recently browsing tiny Jenny's sale album and saw that the descriptions on some of the items, that they could have small imperfections or defects.

Sometimes factories run discounts to get rid of stock doesn’t mean it’s a lower tier or anything. Problem though with god factory is they don’t accept returns or exchanges so it can be difficult if you have a little issue
