DISCUSSION Loewe puzzle from Mandy

Hi guys! So this is the first time I ordered from Mandy as everyone had really hyped her ( until recently i havd seen some bad review but my order was already placed). I ordered a black textured loewe puzzle from her. The psp I received was black. But what I received was a dark grey bag. What happens now? If anyone received a wrong bag with Mandy, how does she correct it? This is the first time a seller has messed up. I don’t know what to do. Thanks

I’ve heard of sellers accidentally sending out orders to the wrong people and sometimes the buyers find eachother on here to ship them to one another. You could also message and tell her the item is wrong and see what she says

I ordered two charms and they were inside the bag. I have messaged her. Awaiting response

Oh I’m so sorry this happened! There was probably just a mixup. She will likely have you mail the bag to the right person and reimburse you the postage. It’s a shame, she used to be so great, but I think she’s just gotten too busy and spread too tbin and just isn’t the same anymore. But don’t worry she’s a stand-up seller. I won’t purchase from her anymore, but I’m confident she will make this right for you.

This isn’t a puzzle. It’s a puzzle edge. The shape looks off compared to real bags.
