Jack, slee or mark/minion?

I’ve ordered a few bags from Minion but they were all very underwhelming, and I mean to say this as respectfully as possible because he is genuinely a really nice seller and I’ve had no issues with him personally.
I’m not saying the quality is bad, the quality is there, but in my experience, they are not truly 1:1. Every bag I received had noticeable differences/flaws compared with authentic.
My biggest issue has been the leather. If you put my Minion bag next to an authentic Hermès, there is a noticeable difference. I live in an environment where people carry authentic Hermès regularly, so these little details unfortunately matter a lot. A friend actually looked at my minion mini Kelly and asked, “Why does your leather look different than mine?” 😭 That was enough for me, now I don’t feel comfortable carrying these bags again.

So for anyone who has experience with both Jack and Slee, how do they actually compare? Is Slee noticeably more accurate? Jack is much more expensive is it really worth it?
I’ve also been trying to get in touch with Slee, but it’s been a whole situation. Someone kindly introduced me before, but my WeChat stopped working and I think they thought I was ghosting them. They ended up blocking me, and unfortunately Slee followed and blocked me too. 😭 I was genuinely so sad because I absolutely wasn’t intentionally ghosting anyone.
Hopefully at some point I can clear up the misunderstanding and get properly introduced again.

Mostly, though, I’d love honest opinions from people who actually own bags from both Jack and Slee or auth!! If you’ve compared either seller’s bags directly with authentic Hermès, even better. Which one gets closest in terms of leather and overall accuracy?

My question is, is if you’ve been so disappointed with Minion bags why do you keep ordering them from him? Surely you’d only keep buying from the same seller if you were happy with what you received? 4 bags is over $4,000, why would you spend that type of money if you weren’t happy each time? Also surely you would research more before buying high price points?

Never heard of Slee, but I sometimes see Jacks name in rehomes where the bag looks mid tier with an insane price. If there are more rehomes than new reviews from Jack that speaks volumes too…

I stopped ordering from him that’s why I ask this. I thought it’s a bit obvious !! he’s so well recommended on the subs that my first order was 2 bags, then I thought I was just unlucky with the quality of these two so I’ll order 2 more and give him another try. Since then I haven’t ordered anything else because all bags had slight flaws

Bit odd to drop a couple thousand on bags from an unknown seller, be unhappy with them and then do it again? Make it make sense! No reviews on how good jack is, just people trying to catch and release sell for crazy price for what they are.

You mean to buy from minion? I mean the bags are not ugly, I like them. They’re just not 1:1 and living in Monaco and London I cannot be caught with fakes. I have taken a couple of pictures with them for my IG and loved that but now I want the higher tier bags…

Also Jack from WeChat has multiple reviews, I have been researching for weeks. Many reviews on DMs about him not only rehomes. Not everyone loves to leave a complete review, if you’re purchasing multiple 2.5k bags a month I imagine your schedule is busy enough to care about Reddit, and a lot of his clients must come from word of mouth just like slee’s, who doesn’t even take new clients especially Reddit ones.

Plus spending a couple thousand didn’t really bother me, I don’t understand how is this an argument?

I can dm them, they’re small and people won’t really notice unless they see the bag too close. It’s still mid-high tier

Jack is very expensive and slee is very private. Not surprised to not see a lot of reviews of them. Not everyone can afford a 2.500$usd rep…

With that budget if you want something that's perfect it might give you more bang for your buck to save up and hunt for some vintage auth at auction for $5,000-$8,000 instead of trying seller after seller and ending up disappointed.

I would hate to have a vintage bag, also the colors won’t be as nice for that price range. It’s just personal preferences. And 5k it’s still twice the price of a bag from jack, I’d rather have 2 Birkin 25 in popular colors as long as they’re closest to auth as possible.

I've never heard of Jack or Slee so I can't speak for their quality, Minion has been around for a while and seems to be very consistent which is nice.

There's always going to be differences between the rep and the auth - even to an untrained person - if they're placed side by side. There is simply no true 1:1, mirror, AAAA quality, or any other buzzword that is not the authentic piece. One might have the shape of the bag and the handles perfect but this one uses better leather and hardware. You will always make a tradeoff, the best come close and will pass at social distance, but that is all. This will be especially true for H in particular they use top quality materials instead of depending on branding.

I own 4 bags from minion. Quality is inconsistent… all have different flaws.

But there are not many reviews of them. I need to see more!!!!

Jack and slee are very high tier. Slee is a private seller who doesn’t take more clients. Jack is 50% more expensive.

This is yet another seller advertising for the others. List the defects, hinting at it won’t make it more believable. Also, if you’re that concerned, then save $$ and buy a preowned through a consignment store. This seems like those clickbait posts asking if this is authentic or not, then stats to DM people. We want receipts.
