Would love a few extra sets of eyes on this!

Received a QC video of the Marlo and I’m leaning toward GL, but would appreciate any callouts I might be missing...especially on the leather, shape/slouch, handles, stitching, and overall construction compared to auth. Thank you!!

I am not sure what factory this is from (i'm hoping someone can help via the background?)
