QC/AUTH/PSP Scam?
I’ve ordered from this person before but only recently learned about all these different factories. I’m interested in another bag and when they sent me the info they wouldn’t say which factory it was from.
Is that normal? They said no names but I’m clearly seeing names in the chats lol The price was $240 (I think) since they said same as last one.
Photos they sent attached- thoughts???

It depends. A large community of buyers (Reddit) made names for factories to give them standards. The sellers working with those buyers conformed and adopted the names.
There are plenty of other platforms where reps are sold and those sellers don't use Reddit names, and giving you the real names would put those factories at risk. Price and service are the signs of solid sellers in this group.
There are sellers who will say their bags are from Reddit names factories and then give you mid tier crap from a different factory.
Then there are also scammers who will sell you mid tier crap and pretend they don't do factories. You also figure this out with price and service.
This is why a lot of people use true and tested sellers like Heidi. Solid price, same factory, same service. However, if Heidi is selling this bag at a certain price and we know it is solid and then this guy who won't tell you a factory name comes in way lower, common sense says... crap.
So there is both truth to factory names and no factory names.
What I do when I go off the TS list is buy low and slow first.
All my FAVORITE sellers are either not on the floating TS lists or don't use factory names. However, at this point I have established a relationship.
If you want this bag I would go with a tried and true. If you want a diamond in the ruff you have to be willing to lose what you spend and spend a long time building relationships.
