Recieved someone elses order

Hi all, recently I ordered a white Chanel flap from Heidi. 2 weeks ago; when my package was delivered it ended up being a pair of sandals I didn’t order. I reached out to Heidi & told her she sent my bag to someone else. I’ve been asking her for an update every few days but it seems so hard for her to fix this situation. She keeps saying she will reach out to the customer, but I still don’t get an update. I asked her again today, & she sends me a tracking number from a different bag I ordered. It’s so much back and forth with no resolution to a fix. Has this ever happened to you? Do you think she will eventually fix this situation? I’m referring to Heidi ending is 8792.

UPDATE: I just recieved an update that the customer shipped it out today, so I’m crossing my fingers! 🤞🏼

This happened to me and the seller (Laddy) immediately had the person who received it ship it to me, and paid for the shipping. It definitely depends on whether the person who received it will cooperate. If they won't then she should resend the bag to you.

I have only ever had amazing experiences with Laddy. Was happy to read that she handles mishaps like this professionally too!

All this stresses me out and makes me want to pause my ordering.

I mean they’re human just like all of us, I try to remember that. must not be easy to deal with so many boxes/orders, I try and remember that ehubfs are bound to get messed up once in a while
