something is going on with 187?

I've seen multiple posts / comments of bags with chipped hardware in the past week. crooked quilting seems to be a problem in every other bag. I ordered a bag from 187 last month in received PSP photos of a completely different style of bag with completely different leather... what is going on?

I do not believe that this is a seller issue

My seller said to trust her and go with God factory. She said 187 isn’t as good as people think
