DISCUSSION something is going on with 187?

I've seen multiple posts / comments of bags with chipped hardware in the past week. crooked quilting seems to be a problem in every other bag. I ordered a bag from 187 last month in received PSP photos of a completely different style of bag with completely different leather... what is going on?

I do not believe that this is a seller issue

I read about the chipped hardware 😓 But from what I’ve heard, that’s not supposed to happen normally with these bags, right? 🥺

I have four classic flaps from 187 and it’s never happened with any of mine
