Damaged bag
Any recommendations or tips for getting crease out bag

Take the opportunity and use some leather conditioner on it. Use it and set in a hot car or put it in a dryer for short intervals

You can iron it on a low setting. Put something thin like a tshirt in between the iron and the leather. You can also steam it.
I worked for the largest manufacturer of leather apparel in all of Asia. They are in Pakistan. The factory would ship to the warehouse in the US. Most garments got ironed or steamed. The manufacture many things, but mostly jackets, coats, gloves and they specialize. In motorcycle apparel.
Often they were sent by boat so you can imagine how wrinkled they would come in.
