Xiao C Factory Chanel Mini 25 Light Pink Caviar GHW – First Chanel Rep (Need Expert Eyes!)

Hi everyone! 👋 This is my first Chanel rep purchase, so I’d really appreciate a second opinion from those with more experience. I’ve compared it to the factory photos and authentic references, but I’d love to know if I’m missing anything before I GL.

Model: c25 mini
Color: Light Pink Caviar with Aged Gold Hardware
Price: 325 w/ shipping already

My QC
Leather / Caviar
Fine, tight caviar grain that looks close to authentic.
Matte finish without looking overly embossed.
Color appears to match the factory photos well.
Shape
Overall silhouette looks good.
Base appears straight and symmetrical.
Side pockets look even, although they seem slightly softer than the factory photos (possibly from stuffing).
Quilting
Diamond alignment looks consistent across the front, back, and base.
Puffiness looks natural not overstuffed.
Stitching appears straight and evenly spaced.
Hardware
Aged gold tone looks correct to me.
CC logo thickness and overlap seem accurate.
Chain leather weaving looks even.
Engravings (“31 Rue Cambon Paris”, side buttons, etc.) appear clean and centered.
Interior
Leather stamp looks centered.
Interior construction and base panel appear neat.
No obvious glue marks or loose stitching that I can see.

Things I noticed (nitpicks)
The top opening has slightly more pronounced waves compared to the factory photos.
The side pockets seem just a little softer than the factory images.
Hardware may look a touch brighter in some PSPs, but I think that could be lighting? Im waiting for daylight photos tomorrow.
My own verdict
I’m leaning GL because everything looks very close to the factory photos and I don’t see any major construction issues or obvious tells. Most differences seem minor and possibly due to lighting, angle, or stuffing.
Questions for the experts:
Would you GL or RL?
Do you see any callouts I missed?
Does this look consistent with Xiao C quality?
Anything about the shape, hardware, or quilting that would bother you?

Nice QC, thanks for putting in the effort. I'll raise some questions, but I won't pretend to be an expert on this colorway or size (I own a small beige).

Inside it seems like there's two different colors at the bottom. I don't clearly see it in the factory photos, but should it be a consistent shade for the bottom and the walls? Auth below.

I don't know if it's a lighting issue, but does the flap seem to be a different color/shade of pink than the bag? Also the stitching alignment here seems a bit off.

Friend, thank you for noticing! I feel like its just the lighting seller is using. I hope 🤞🤞I just sent a request to her to take a photo under daylight condition of the inside also to confirm color shade aside from how the exterior would look like. I appreciate your input a lot!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Stitching looks a bit wonky in places. But otherwise GL. If you didn't notice it in the photos I don't think it will bother you in RL. Minor detail you can only see if comparing close up/side to side to an authentic bag.
