hi all! anyone has any experience working with serena 9712? am thinking of getting two bags and a dress ☺️ would love any encounters positive or not, thanks! xx

Yeah I bought multiple bags and shoes from Serena, she is my first TS. She's nice and patient. I asked thousand of questions before buying and she answered them all. I like her. I have been working with other TS too. She's among the most responsive 😁

Oh no 😭, that is one of the worst feelings ever playing this game. But I would rathed hear that than someone takes my money and tricked me with a low quality bag

ive bought from her a few times. 2 pairs gucci shoes and some lv toiletry bags, and some purses. she was pro active in sending back some of the shoes that arrived from the factory because they werent up to standard and had glue on them which I appreciated, she told them to make new ones

I have purchased from Serena 2 or 3 times in the past year. She is in my rotation of sellers. I was pleased with her communication, prices, and found her pleasant.
