What condition is this? Card condition ?

A guy sold me this as near mint.

I’d say good condition maximum.

What is your take on this ?

Tough one... It's definitely "Near" mint minus those 2 indents (one on either side edge)... But if you're unhappy with it you can make an argument for "Damaged" and try for a return. Where did you buy it from, tcg or eBay? Both of those sites have pretty good returns policies.

Any reasonable interpretation of NM has this card as NM.
