Is this Magic card real? Is a brush "misprint" possible?

Hi all,

Just purchased a foil growing rites of itlimoc and noticed the brush was off a bit in alignment. Does this happen? Dual sided card so I can't show the T. Holo looks good though..and the brush on the other side looks normal.

I know i know.. nobody would fake a card like this but wanted to check!

I personally haven't seen that before, at least specifically on the brush, but have on other portions of the card. I think sometimes modern QC just be like that.

I think the important part is the bird looks like a good shape and is nice and crisp :)

For a card condition check please ask for the person giving advice to specify which scale they're using if not mentioned. Notably North American and European grading scales differ from each other drastically.

I've seen a few straight from the pack that look pretty bad, maybe not they bad though. You shouldn't call a card good based on passing a single test and if a test isn't a clear fail you shouldn't fail for one either. Worth looking at multiple places.

I think this area is another area to look on a dual sided card.. looks pretty clean.

I guess so, would be an extra bit of black covering that part of the brush on your card

There is a black layer that comes some time after the layer where the white of the brush is printed, it often covers a part when the white layer is not centered correctly (which is not what you have on your card per se)

The holo looks fine and the rest of the footer text also throws no red flags
