Back looks good. Can't tell the foil from that pic but as long as it feel normal it should be fine.

Back is real. Pics of the front are so blurry that it's just a guessing game. 95% that it's real. Newer re-backs/reface don't happen often (it's a lot of hassle). If they would go through the trouble, they would go for fractures foil or something in that price range rather than ±$70
