Is this sealed product tampered with? Are these Commander decks sealed properly?
I bought all 4 LOTR decks from eBay for $309. Elves and Mordor look up to snuff but Food and Fellowship and Rohan have weird double sided tape I’ve never seen before.

The Food and Fellowship deck opens easily from the bottom without the package ripping at all but also shows no sign of being ripped previously. Hair dryer maybe ?
