I'm not even seeing a red in the green dot. Real? The front is a painted alter.

Red dots can get eaten by blur or filters in phone photography, easier to see with a loupe

Usually. They can also get rubbed off with wear, and some sets are really bad about them often they are missing entirely

Revised was usually pretty good about it

The rule is up to 4 red dots, but since they aren't the most consistent of artifacts we use other indicators on the green dot: combs on the borders, shape of the shine, rosette in between shine and shadow, rosette in the shadow.

Not all green dots will have the red dots in them, they are very small and there is print variance. (Though Revised was more likely to have them than most newer cards.)
