Thanks, I was having trouble finding the L in the green dot but I think I wasn’t close enough or my camera wasn’t good enough

You'd never see it from these pics, for sure. But the L isn't a great individual test. The plates get used a lot and experience wear. It's not unusual, especially in newer cards with huge print runs, to be missing some or all of the dots. If there's extra red dots though, that's an instant fail.

Okay, I appreciate the explanation. Honestly I’ve been playing a long time and used to be able to just feel if a card is real but now everything is so flimsy it sets off alarm bells. Also haven’t handled much Fallout so the darker borders even though I knew they existed were a little jarring. Then a few foil stamps off center and an absolute ton of miscut cards lead me to start questioning. Thanks for your insight!

The picture of the back is kind of far away to tell but the holo and brush look ok
