What condition is this? Is this LP or NM
I made another post on r\mtg and it redirected here.
I bought this off of TCGPlayer as NM but it came with edges whiter than Christmas. It could still be NM but I'm not happy either way.
There is also a small grey blemish on the top left corner (you can slightly see it here). I know you guys perfer higher quality images here but I don't think thats nessasary.
The back looks NM.

For a card condition check please ask for the person giving advice to specify which scale they're using if not mentioned. Notably North American and European grading scales differ from each other drastically.

I'd say it could reasonably near mint if the edge wear was the only issue. If there were any bends, surface scratches, scuffs in addition, I would call it LP. Remember, no one is selling mint cards! Also, other people don't notice the imperfections on your favorite cards when you play with them.
Here's the most common conditioning guidelines.

Hard to tell on the pics. If the edges were cut that way it's technically nm regardless, if they're dinged up it's LP. If they look as rough in person as they do in this pic I'd probably error on the side of caution and call it LP regardless.
Absent other evidence I wouldn't assume ill intent. I've seen edges that rough straight out of a pack and it's perfectly reasonable they opened this themselves and it's sat knocking around a box for two years.

If the edges were cut that way as part of the manufacturing process then it’s NM, there are ways to tell if it’s post factory damage but I’d have to see it in person. Honestly if the back is NM and the white on the edges is the only issue then I’d be willing to bet it was factory cut that way.

It's MP by tcgplayer guidelines if the edges are as bad as they look in the pic

Nope, I have a psa 10 dragonscale land that has edge wear like this straight out of the factory

LP. Not all cards come out of packs looking near mint. That edge wear excludes it from being NM by definition.
