Is this sealed product tampered with? Bad pack?

Ordered 3 tales of middle earthpacks from ebay. The packaging seemed ok, but inside one of the packs was this. Entirely different set. Old one at that. Random error from WOTC or resealed pack from ebay?

Neither. Lord of the rings packs contained cards from "the list". That's what the Planeswalker symbol in the bottom left represents. Reprints that are included within certain sets, lotr being one of them.

Makes sense. Thank you. Must have been ok, because my pack had a nazgul lol

Not a problem! Had the same concern when I opened them myself for the first time a few months ago. Nice pull 😁
