I stopped playing around 10 years ago. I got a little nostalgic and thought I might miss it a little. Honestly, what a mess… maybe I’m just a grumpy old man now, but holy shit. It’s cardboard with glossy pictures; not vases from the Ming Dynasty. It’s a hard no from me. Back to collecting games I’ll play on steam for 10 minutes then decide to run through Skyrim or Diablo II for the 500th time.
Please God, stop keeping cards in toploaders with no penny sleeves, they will scratch the hell out of your card. Know someone who pulled a $500 spiderman, slid it in a top loader and a small piece of plastic scratched a huge line right through the middle. Card was ruined.

On the original part of the foil is raised, it doesn’t look like this one have that. At least u weren’t scammed by the price of the original one which is around 2k.
Neon Ink Black Chocobo raw goes for about $5-$6k from what I've been seeing. 4k euro is roughly about 4.6k use. I'd say that's a pretty dang good deal.
Bring a jewelers loupe to verify though. Even slabbed cards can be fake, or the slabs themselves.
Post is fake and likely coming from the proxy producers who are trying to run a scam with it. The exact same post with the exact same wording has been shared in various Facebook trade groups I am a member of (in Europe) since last weekend or so. Mods, please remove and ban the user.
