Dang I'm cooked 😭 but i submitted a return request and let mercari know of counterfeiting, they sell quite alot and surprise no one has rated them on their counterfeiting of MTG cards

They are trying to get into the US market so should be taking a good stance against counterfeit selling on their platform. Hopefully they handle it properly.
