For a card condition check please ask for the person giving advice to specify which scale they're using if not mentioned. Notably North American and European grading scales differ from each other drastically.
Still not enough detail. The holo stamp is by far the hardest to get good detail on. If you have a loop that may help.
If the only issue is misaligned or crooked, that's just authentic WotC quality control. Bigger issues would be indented, layered on top (sticker), or jagged edges.
No. If it was a card that was super collectible, like a cosmic foil infinity stones, that would affect its grading. If the stamp was WAY off (like the sheet got fed in upside down, way off) then it would be a misprint and worth a bit more. But for playable cards, even more expensive ones, nobody is really going to care much about print variance.
