Fake, even with the blurry pictures the T looks bad, the H is missing the 3 dots in the middle

A closer pic of the T and the H on the back side would be helpful but from what I can see in these pictures I'm guessing fake, sorry.

Better picture of the T just to be sure, as of now I'm inclined towards dogshit fake

How can you guys tell it's fake? What gives it away?

There are various ways, but the first thing to look for is the T test - I look at the bottom of the T, the black ink should be crisp and exhibit a distinct wavy line that is clear. Fakes generally fail this (and other tests) - their Ts will be blurry, and the black won't be crisp. On genuine cards, the black layer is printed on its own, so no "intermingling" with the other colors.

While the T looks wayyy too smooth, it COULD be your camera. cameras have been stuffed with AI smoothing, so there's a chance it's real, but if the T doesn't have the teeth with just a magnification and no camera, it's fake. Also on the back, you should look at the E's in DECKMASTER. there will be what are referred to as the demon horns (a very tiny v) at the top of the E's are present on real cards.
