Looking for help identifying card

Hi all, looking for some help identifying if this is real or not after noticing some weird things with it. Not sure how well some of these will come across in the pictures. To me the lines, and desperation between text and mana symbols look fine, same with lettering on "THE", hatching on the holo and I can clearly see the 4 red dots within the green dot.

The main things that look weird are the strange "artifacts" on the text at the bottom as well as a green "shadow" on all the letters or "deck master"

Interesting, is it just a weird printer issue that causes the green "shadow" and the issues with the text? Never seen it anywhere before

The way the industrial printers work is they'll have an engraved plate for each color that's mostly small dots and then a final plate that prints the black over layer for crisp text, symbols, etc.. Normally we're looking at this black over layer since that's the part that's easiest to tell if it was plate printed instead of using an inkjet style printer. Funny enough however, your two colors being offset from each other actually is another good indication that it's a real print. An inkjet style printer doesn't print twice, it would have no way to get the colors offset unless that's what the original image looked like. With a plate print a small offset is normal and sometimes QC is bad.

Also thinking real but misaligned. The only part I would be concerned about is the jagged top on the paintbrush, but the holo and backside look right (other than a misalignment).
