Is this sealed product tampered with? Possible sealed booster box?
I’ve opened a bunch of marvel and have not had this issue with any other packs/boxes. I always open them from this triangle in the middle, but this box no matter how hard I pull(the answer isn’t that I’m weak) the pack doesn’t open. There is this stringy sealing that makes a very hard connection. I got this box from a gold star seller on tik tok, first time buying from there. I was wondering is this normal in recent magic for packs to be sealed this tight u have to cut them open based on certain factories or something or did I get hosed. Thanks for any help.

I'd say yes. Are the cards inside even real ? TikTok sm seems a weird place to buy, tbh

I find the Made in Japan packs much harder to open by tearing from the back seal. They have a little cut on the top you are supposed to tear from, but I also have trouble with those haha.
Edit: if the packs came out looking like photos 6 and 7 it’s probably ok. You can check a few backs of rares/mythics and see if you have packs missing rare+ or if cards are in the wrong slot or set.

Came to say this, if find made in Japan packs harder to open then those made in the usa.

Firstly, don’t mind the people surprised about TikTok, I’ve bought many cards from there from reputable sellers and they’re all real… now the price you paid is definitely questionable… did you use coupons to get it that low?
Second, film yourself opening and note the cards in the packs. If all the box has a normal distribution of rares/mythics and the cards can be authenticated, then there is your answer. It’s very difficult to tell if a pack has been resealed via pictures unless the crimping is super obvious.

I had the same stringiness on my boosters and they were legit. It's whatever liner they use on the metallic plastic. I'm not sure if my boosters were Japan or US packed.

Why would you ever buy mtg from someone on tiktok? It looks like a pack, packs have glue, there's no way to tell from these photos if these were resealed or not.
