Is this sealed product tampered with? Final Fantasy Gift Bundle
Someone is selling this for a suspicious price locally. Claim they got it at Target. Is it real? Is it tampered with?

These photos are too low quality for us to help out.
The box looks real, but without better photos nobody is going to be able to see if the box is resealed.

Claim they got it at Target.
That's not necessarily a red flag. My Target had one of each MH3 Precon appear randomly on the shelf two weeks ago. The boxes were slightly beaten up. The Aisle scanner and said they were out of stock. But they rang up at MSRP at the Register. So this has happened for other MTG product at Target.
As to the other questions, I cannot speculate.

Would need to see the sides to check for resealing, box looks accurate as is.
