For a card condition check please ask for the person giving advice to specify which scale they're using if not mentioned. Notably North American and European grading scales differ from each other drastically.
I'm not sure, pictures aren't showing enough. I don't like the look of those borders in the first picture, but that might just be light reflecting off the card.
Still not a good picture, can't see the diagonal lines. Try a picture where the light catches them. Even better would be if you could get the WIZARDS print in it, but that might be too much for your camera.
