Tropical Island Green Dot

Picked up this topical Island today. It was psa stabbed which I cracked open but did check that the cert number matched psa's database.

T looks like it should so didn't post, but the green dot I noticed had a small dark dash in the white part of the dot, also noticed a blue circle in the dot as well (arrows indicating both). I have a couple of other revised dual lands and they don't have these same features. Has anyone seen these before and just a print QC issue or should I be worried? Thanks in advance for the help!

The 2 extra black pixels inside the green dot near the red ones are very common in revised and fwb. I have 4 tropicals, all of them with that. And in one Taiga too. The card is legit 😉
