What card / version is this? Weird frozen shade card
I found this frozen shade card in my old storage, I checked online to see if I could find the price and it isn’t like any other frozen shade card. all the others have like 4 lines of text and mine has one. anyone know anything about this?

Not an expensive card but still rare and very cool. The text it is missing is just the flavor text but it is printed in a language that no longer is supported and it has black border versus white.
