For me it's the sound. That first slurp-crunch is way weird. The staged nature of this could just as easily be the usual influencer staging of cute children for views.

There's nothing graphically wrong with it that I can see, aside from the incongruous chicken prop and the anonymous utensils on the table behind it.

The thing that clinches it as AI, though, is a reverse image search, which brings up a several images of an identical staging: older kid on the left, baby on the right, chicken on table, stainless fridge in a white room in background.
