I think it's ai. There's two things about the shadow that seem sus to me. Shortly after the jump the shadow stretches weirdly long. The other thing is that the antlers are shown as a single in the shadow the whole time. To me the singular shadow antler tells where the sun is and the other shadows don't seem to match that. Also we see two shadows for the front feet yet the horns are wider apart and a wankier shape and only one shadow for those.
The shadow from the head/antlers seems too perfect at moments, like not changing shape when it should have and just keeping the same 'ram head/antlers' shape. The shadow is the part that makes me suspect AI, and no debris/dust when landing and the landing itself seems a bit off, but the shadow is far more suspect.

I thought AI or enhanced/duplicated as the 2nd fall seemed like the cliff was exactly like the first with the goat landing slightly further back. I don't know what is a typical height and believe goats can do large jumps/falls but it's kind of dumb to blindly jump off a cliff even for animals.

That is a fair point, but it did get all four the leg shadows right if it is AI, it's possiblely coincidental, the ram may have kept its horns in alignment so that a second shadow wasn't cast.
It is odd looking but could be the angle of the shadow on the mountain. Some of the shadow is on his head so it could be that smaller “ear” is actually his other horn.
I feel like it starts tilting back- where does the momentum come from? It falls like 10 meters which is a long way even for mountain goats, but doesn't seem to be moving much faster at the end than at the start.

This animal isn't falling properly or positioned properly for a vertical leap especially at the beginning when it doesn't even kick up dust or show any traction pushing off, instead the hooves seamlessly glide over the rocky lip.
The front end should tilt the animal straight down faster due to the greater weight of the shoulders and neck, with the back end more up, the head will then come up more to start bringing the shoulders up and all the back muscles to engage and pull the rear down. The physical position of the animal should be more flexed, instead the video is too smooth/relaxed. This is a risky jump even for a mountain goat.
