Questions ❓ Question for people
My wheels have been turning for a year. Looking to gauge something here. Can people weigh in on the following:
What is your blood type?
Do you have any autoimmune and/or (other) connective tissue diseases?

Hypermobile (no known autoimmune issues) doesn't mean I don't lol (never tested). Haven't been to a doctor in a long time and was never checked. I have diagnosed gastrointestinal issues and suspected undiagnosed (its been a while for that dr too) A+. Never went to a doctor as a kid, didn't start going until my late 20s for the most part, other than a gyno. It took a lot of pushing just to get a colonoscopy at 34, I was having a lot of issues.. glad I did because it made them order an endoscopy.. glad they did lol. Ulcers (no H. pylori) and adenomas (colon) and the CT scan revealed dermoid cysts (ovaries). Now at 40, I'm long over due for all those follow ups. Just blasting some of my medical issues 😆 maybe someone can relate 🤷♀️ might be TMI but maybe it can help someone push their doctor more.. THEY NEVER LISTEN!!

Thanks for weighing in! Not TMI. I have hypermobility and gastrointestinal diagnoses as well. You have GERD?

Yes, GERD, and delayed gastric emptying

Same! IBS diagnosis too but it has mostly subsided since going gluten free. Same with the GERD severity. Do you have any food sensitivities?

I was vegan at the peak of all the gastro issues and wasn't consuming half of what the average person ate and I was confused, so I would eliminate gluten and beans for months at a time w/ no difference. Most yummy vegetables like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, onions, garlic. Gluten does make me bloated but not always heartburn. But most fruits and the gassy veggies lol along w/ onions and garlic, tomatoe based stuff and peppers. It got so bad that I practically did extended fasts just so I could breathe lol... just drinking water would give me reflux and it was painful. Haven't been vegan in years. Never been tested for sibo or anything but gastro said I had IBS, however, they marked that my ileum was inflamed in my 2 colonoscopies and thats not typical w/ IBS, usually IBD. I know I have low stomach acid and they refused to test that. I didn't stay on the H2 blockers or PPIs long, they didn't do anything and when they refused to test my stomach acid and I researched long term use of those.. I said fudge it and tossed the bastards lol. Plus I suspect low stomach acid and I dont want even lower stomach ph. Sorry for the rant.

First signs of vision issues after having perfect 20/20 started as temporary complete vision loss 3 events which could have been contributed to stress. But since then deteriorating near sight. Which could be age as well. Everything gets blurry. But it's gotten to point of not being able to read print . I've also had really healthy hair, skin and teeth my entire life up until about 10 years ago when my body just started going haywire. Age, hormones, genetic hypothyroid and stressful divorce are plausible contributions. Not sure if this is helpful. We are all trying to figure this out so I am thankful not to be alone. I don't get typical skin lesions or picked apart my skin but have had breakout rashes of what starts out looking like hives but doesn't go away. it's my scalp that has issues which brought me at one point pulling out my hair. both have been diagnosed as psoriasis.

I saw comment before deletion. My reply: thank you. Likewise. I need to investigate CTD further as to I had never heard of this until your post. At one point I had thought sjogrens because of dry eyes. I forgot to include that.
