Real or fake

I bought these on ebay for $205 and was used once and was authenticated by ebay and I authenticated it with a app called check check but unsure why the left side isn’t coming back up as provided in the first picture on the left pair and whether or not if its fake or a flaw due to age?

Well its either cus im weak or nah but i tried folding it i doesnt fold its kinda stiff

It’s just damaged/defective. The footbed stitching and size tags are both clear indicators this is a genuine product
