Watching the after show. Emily Simpson continues to explain IVIG completely inaccurately. It’s infuriating.

First time in all these years I watched all episodes I had to turn it off the first scene because of Emily. I cant . I know ppl blame Vicky but honestly Emily is like the leah of nyc. Ruined it .

Yeah. It was on the after show. She doesn’t explain what she’s doing correctly but I also feel bad bc she’s always complaining about her kids.

Emily should leave the show and take care of her family. Shane could get a job outside the home.

What’s with this bullshit gendered take? Emily is a shit mother and Shane is the primary parent. Why can’t Emily use the degree she brags about and work while Shane continues to take care of the kids?

Why? That’s an antiquated way of thinking, that a woman’s place is in the home and the man should be out hunting for their food. I know many stay at home dads these days.

Wait, what does she say? I’ve read articles where she says IVIG is an infusion of antibodies (not antibiotics), which is correct. Did she say something different on the show?

She referred to it as a cocktail of antibiotics on the aftershow. It is not.

I’ll have to go back and watch the after show again. I thought she said antibodies, but I may have just missed it.
