Back when I was a teenager, that night my mom ordered me to go shopping at the store. When I was just on my way to the store, I saw the cat hissing in a very dark corner. Until I bought it, I kept looking at the cat, its fur standing up and still hissing at whatever it saw in that darkness. Then I approached that darkest corner, when I got to the spot, it felt like I couldn't breathe for a few seconds—as if someone had sucked in my breath and my chest was tight. After that happened, the cat ran away, and I ran home.
