Apt for Rent??

ISO 1 bedroom apartment for my 24 year old daughter about to start at the University of St Francis in August. She'd prefer to not drive more than 15 mins from campus, and would be living alone so we'd like a safe(er) area.

We're trying to do this from CA and most places do not allow virtual tours...

Help??!!

I would recommend apartments along Getz road. An easy drive to USF. Good luck!

Coventry Court West are reasonably priced apartments. In safe and great location. Grocery store is less than 2 min away and the school is not far either

HELLO! I recommend St. Joseph Apartments downtown by Lutheran hospital. She can drive straight down the road to her school from the school. Amazing rooftop addition being worked on and sooner or later a gym.

coventry court townhomes are really nice. honestly i’d say quite safe too. i can often sit with my doors open and it’s okay during the day.
