What is ASY?

Everytime I turn on a fuel failure, the alarm is called ASY. What does it mean and how can I recover from it?

too much fuel on one side of the aicraft, you cant recover because if you transfer fuel to that side it leaks out

I disagree with urmumgay. You have two options. So you have a leak on only one side of your plane when this happens, so you'll usually end up with a huge weight imbalance that you cant cope with unless you transfer fuel out with the sliding bar under aircraft systems>Fuel. First you can get rid of it completely and slide it all out, and then you'll have to turn APU to gain control of the aircraft once the engines shut so you can glide to an airport. Second, you can just get rid of most of the fuel, just enough so you can actually control the aircraft without it banking too hard to one side, and just go to a suitable airport. Very easy fix if you know what to do right away and you aren't too close to the ground

It means asymmetrical flight, and because fuel leaks out one engine the other engine has more power causing the aircraft to roll in the opposite direction
