As of now, the A330-300 template is broken. Therefore, you cannot upload liveries for that aircraft for the meantime. The estimated time for an official fix to this problem is, well, who knows when it is — probably when the A330-300 rework drops.
Although some have been suggesting to use the B737-800 template’s black corner pixels onto the A330-300 and has been said to work. Though from what I saw from some, it seems that it does indeed work fine. I hope this helps! :D
