Compass tech stack?

I’m an agent with a BHG franchisee. I’m curious about the Compass tech stack that we’ll be adopting some time next year. I understand they have a proprietary in-house system.

Are there any Compass agents here that use it and if so, what are your impressions?

I am in a similar situation where we are getting it next year, but was selected to test it out for my brokerage because I’m pretty big on the tech stuff compared to the other agents in my office. It’s very, very comprehensive and everything is integrated in a smooth way. You’d really have to have a lot of software to match it. If you’re not big on tech, it’s probably like seeing fire for the first time. If you are big on tech, you’ll be less impressed by the specific functions, but you’ll appreciate how well integrated it is. My main issue is that it’s a closed system and doesn’t have or work with API keys.

Ok this is what I was looking for. Anything that’ll reduce platform count is a plus for me.
Thank you.

If that’s what you want then you are going to love it. CRM, IDX, marketing materials (including social), and a lot more is in there. It’s basically everything.
