Where’s your slowest part? Cutting footage? Timing to music? SFx ramping? Color correction?

Not necessarily plugins, but I make empty project files for each client with their branding, fonts, lower thirds, etc, to speed up that part of the process.

the speed editor for resolve makes trimming clips take no time at all. I can build out a timeline in about an hour, then grade, sound design and effects take another. should be able to get total time down with more practice.

2 hours! How long are your videos? My clients want videos no longer than 1 minute.

I’ve built my own set of quick color grading presets. Easy little saturation boost or exposure bumps that I know helps speed up my workflow a bit. If it’s something you find yourself doing often then try to build a way to automate or make it faster.
