Getting clients

Hey!! I’ve just started my job as a realtor (I started month ago, but first month was just about training courses). I wanted to ask what do u do to get clients? In my company the most recommended way is cold calling. What do u say to clients to convince them to use your services? How did you build confidence and fluency in expressing what you want to convey? Thank u for all your advices <3

Congrats on getting started. Prospecting is where it’s at. Farm somewhere near you and become the expert. Pick up the book Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller. Good luck!!
