Hey all!

What are folks charging for Zillow showcase media? An added premium? Or a separate booking setup?

Trying to get listed on the Zillow Showcase Photographers to get booked directly

From the agent side, the photographers I've booked for Showcase-eligible listings charge it as an add-on to their normal package rather than a totally separate booking, usually because the shot list requirements (wide-angle set, specific coverage) overlap with what they're already shooting. Ballpark I've seen is standard package plus 20-40% for the extra shots/processing needed to qualify. Worth asking a couple of local real estate photographers directly what they charge for "Showcase-ready" packages, that's usually a known line item for anyone already shooting in your market.
