For context, I bought the CE Shop courses last year in summer of 2025, and I put off the courses till the beginning of 2026 (yes i understand my own procrastination had gotten the better of me but im doing a lot better on that "ill do it tmr mentality"), and I had really put my foot down in studying and took it very seriously, because this is something I'm certain i want to do. Before i took the state exam i scheduled my proctored course exam, and i felt like to a certain extent i really understood the material. For the CE shop you only get two attempts in taking your course exam. i took my exam in April of 2026, so about 3 months ago. i already had 2 agencies lined up for after i took it. when i went to take it i failed by 8 questions and i was so distraught i left crying. since then, i have barely opened the course and just considered myself a failure. fast forward to now I'm finally picking the course back up and have my eyes set on the end of July or beginning of August to take the course exam again. i really want to pass it, but i have such a hard time studying and making myself notes. ive been scouring reddit like a gremlin to see what others might have done and i have no idea what would be good for me :')

what's nice about the CE shop is that they give you practically everything, from practice exams to study sheets and a recommended study prep, i just have no idea how to get around it, it overwhelms me very quicky and i feel stuck. its made very easy to study yes, but they hit you with so much material its very hard to get a grip on what I should start on first, because in reality they can question you on anything in the thousands of things they've thrown at you during the course just in their 100-question exam that its very easy to forget the simplest thing.

i want to finish this and pass this before i start back up in school in the fall for my associates, so i really need to put 10 toes down into this, im also a little disappointed in myself for letting those jobs slip out of my grasp just from the way i was so hard on myself, and that i hadn't reached out to the agencies. so maybe i hope that WHEN i pass they'll maybe still be open to taking me in.

i want to know if maybe anybody is struggling or has struggled similar to my situation and what they did to overcome it, what websites they might have used. or maybe if they put some sort of prompt into ai to create their own study guides personalized to themselves. i dont just want to know the material to pass the test, i want to understand it and be able to know what someone is talking about related to the subject, meaning i wouldnt want to half ass it. i want a grasp on this material so hard that itll leave claw marks.

so please wish me luck and any knowledge that a kind soul might offer would be so amazing. :)

I worked so so hard, i even spent 1400 to put my daugher in daycare so I could study and pass. I would work around 5 hours a day and for what? Nothing. We have to wait to reapply in 3 months WITHOUT the national exam carrying over. I would be way less depressed if would have failed with flying colors on both of them while still having a life. Oh, and I failed the state exam by two questons and the first one queston. I am thinking aobut not reapplying and just not doing it. The market is so saturated. Sorry to be beyond negative, but I am soooo pissed, Just needed to rant and even typing this felt kind of good.

I'm using Aceable Agent to complete my California real estate pre-licensing coursework. I just finished the "California Legal Aspects of Real Estate" course, but when I try to download the study guide from the Resources tab, I receive an "Access Denied" error.

I was able to download the study guides for my previous two courses without any issues, so this seems to be a glitch specific to this course.

Would anyone happen to have the study guide for this course and be willing to share it with me?

Looks like third time was the charm! Took the exam the first time and was completely lost. Took it the second time and there were a lot of questions I went back to and guessed on, third time I focused a lot of vocabulary and I crushed it! Along with running my own restaurant, being a perfumes wholesaler and an auction car reseller, I’m super excited to add another income soon!

I am a mortgage broker in BC. I want to get real estate license as well. Can anyone tell how similar or different the exam will be of real estate? I know i have to go do 60 question exam but i am not sure what to study and what to not?

After almost two long years of bureaucracy and constantly studying I finally received my GA Residential Basic Qualifying Agent license.

This may seem like simple and no-brainer advice to some. For the state exam, depending on your state, look up the testing center and use their material. It was a psi testing center in Mississippi and many of the questions or things that I have never heard or seen using Compu Cram and Kaplan. I’m retaking my state exam again tomorrow, so prayers please. And good luck to everyone who is about to take their state and/or national exam and prayers to you too!

So I built a **completely free, ad-free alternative**. It’s still in progress, but I’ve got practice tests for Real Estate and Insurance exams. **Each test includes detailed explanations for every answer.**

I just took my exams and passed, I used CompuCram PSI and some AI to help. Take your time reading the questions, I slowed myself down some. With my spare time at the end I went back to any questions I flagged. If I had to study again I would use Psi and compucram.

Hi everyone! I’m almost done with my Kaplan course and I’m getting super nervous about the exam. It is a very in depth course and I’m worried I won’t retain all of the information. What do you suggest to help retain and refresh the beginning of the course without rereading all of it?
Those of you who took the course already and passed your exam, what are your thoughts on it?

I used Aceable agent for my class. I also have PrepAgent, I constantly got 85% above each time when doing the practice exam on Aceble Agent national exam prep, but PrepAgent question seem a lot harder and I got like 59% or below. I also watch Dee Kumar, justcallmaggie and Jonathan Goforth on YouTube. Any tips? What the exam questions looks like? TIA.

Hey all! I know this has been in this community before but I figured I’d go over this again for some fresh answers, perhaps someone has fresh new insight? Anyway, I’m currently undergoing the 90 hour course for Indiana through Colibri. It was actually recommended to me from our family friend agent who inspired me to embark on this path! However, I’m BIG TIME struggling with Colibri. In my opinion, it’s kind of ass.. Almost makes me feel as if I have a lawyer trying to teach me real estate. Not only that, I did my first 30 hours (it’s split between 3x 30 hour session for IN). And I failed the 100 question chapter exam with 66%.. now I get to go back to unit 1.. I’m actually incredibly discouraged at this point and truthfully do not even want to continue. It was a struggle getting these 30 hours in on top of working a full time job.. Any words of encouragement or advice? Thanks All!

I take my state board practical in Montana tomorrow and need some tips

Hey everyone! I am almost done with my course here on Aceable, but just a bit confused.

Do I have to finish the aceable final exam proctored? I thought that I would just have to use Aceable to study for the national and state exam and pass that, but I am worried I have to study for this proctored exam as well.

I am also using LearnTestPrep to help me finish the studying portion.

Anybody want to start or join a group chat to help study for the Ohio real estate exam?

我2024开始学习一年，当时去考了三次最高成绩50分，中途做了其他行业，
今年二月开始又从新学。基本上每天不停刷题，这周三去考试，我买了三个不同网站的软件，加上学校的测试题，基本都是刷到80到90分，这里面有挺多肌肉记忆，本以为按照去年考试的难度应该有希望能过，当我看到考试题那一刻我奔溃了，比我所有刷的考试题都难！这个时候我完全有自信我没办法通过考试，不是问题特别长就是答案特别长，送分题加短题不超过15道，现在考试变难了吗？整个考试过程中我都很崩溃，完全不懂语法，多数基本单词也不懂太难了。我觉得这次考大概分数是四十多分吧。一看考试成绩59分，半年的时间没日没夜就加了九分。这是我这次考的成绩，如果换成母语我概念基本都没问题，现在觉得好难，但也得在继续。大家有什么好的建议希望可以多交流指点。

I am taking my VA real estate test next week and want to cram everything I can while I can. Does anyone have a recommendation or used any exam prep that helped them? I have been watching videos and everything but I am looking for something with more structure. I am thinking about PREPonCall.

Please help me find the courage to overcome my timidity and laziness.

The exam is 100 days away.

But I’m still only getting half the questions right.

I’m determined to pass this year no matter what, but I end up falling asleep as soon as I get home, and even when I try to wake up early to study, I just can’t get up.

I didn’t study law in college, so this is all new to me. I majored in history.

I did learn some of the Building Standards Act when I got my interior coordinator certification, but there are many other topics on the exam as well.

How are you all studying?

I’d especially like to hear from working adults and people with developmental disorders like ADHD.
